There are still a few spaces left in the 4th Annual Fresh Start Jermaine Dye Celebrity golf event to be held the following day at the Glen Club. The golf outing will begin with registration and breakfast at 8:00 a.m., and the shotgun start will take place at 9:00 a.m. Participants will have the opportunity to golf with celebrities and win prizes throughout the day. Your golf registration gives you a pre-party ticket for Sunday’s event at Rivers Casino as well as food and drink at the course throughout the day.

Fresh Start Caring For Kids Foundation transforms the lives of disadvantaged infants, children and teens with physical deformities caused by birth defects, accidents, abuse or disease through the gift of reconstructive surgery and related medical care.
The Foundation provides no-cost medical services to patients through Surgery Weekends and clinics. Medical services are donated by doctors, clinicians and other medical professionals.
How your donation directly impacts the families during surgery weekends:
- $5,000: medical supplies and equipment for three Surgery Weekends
- $2,500: pharmaceutical supplies for three Surgery Weekends
- $1,000: financial assistance for patients for one Surgery Weekend
- $500: hospitalization expenses for patients for one Surgery Weekend
- $300: travel expenses of one out-of-town patient and his/her family for one Surgery Weekend
- $150: lodging expenses of a patient and his/her family for one Surgery Weekend
- $100: food for a patient and his/her family for one Surgery Weekend
- $75: radiology expense for one patient
